You may use the Muqewia platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes consistent with these terms. You may access course content, participate in learning activities, and engage with platform features as intended.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content without explicit written permission
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or related systems
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the platform
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform

If you submit, upload, or post any content to the platform, including comments, forum posts, or assignments, you grant Muqewia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by Muqewia without restriction or compensation to you. We are under no obligation to keep such submissions confidential.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan or purchase in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of transaction.
6.2 Billing
Where subscription-based access is offered, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains accurate and up to date.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

- Results obtained through use of the platform will meet your expectations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muqewia disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muqewia and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Muqewia in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muqewia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may discontinue use of the platform and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@muqewia.com.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform itself. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification - shall remain in effect after termination.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
